Families are just as much a part of Brigade Baseball as are our players.  Players play well when they are surrounded by a supportive environment including their families.  

We encourage you to:

• Watch practice
• Come to games
• Ask questions
• Get to know the other parents on your team
• Spend time with the team and other families between games
• Do things together outside of baseball 
• Be supportive of your player through good and not-so-good moments
• Be supportive of other players

We do not encourage you to:

• Coach your or other players from the stands
• Be concerned with playing time
